We accept returns if the goods have defects or are damaged upon receiving your delivery, or we have agreed in correspondence by email that you may return them.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to hygiene issues, we don't accept returns on underwear.
Returned goods must be in original unused condition.
Unless damaged or defect, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
